  • Upon completion of the job, do you haul away all logs and tree debris?

YES! The only debris we will leave behind are anything requested to be left by the homeowner, or stump grindings. Unless requested otherwise, we do not remove stump grindings. Stumps leave large sinkholes in your yard once removed. The grindings left behind help even out and settle back down into the area the stump was removed from. Learn more about stump grinding.

  • Does your company offer free estimates?

Yes. Our estimates are 100% free with no financial obligation on your behalf.

  • Do you have insurance and workers compensation?

Yes. We pay a substantial amount of money to make sure our company is fully insured, licensed, and bonded. Anyone working on the job is also covered under our B.W.C. policy.   • How do I accept your estimate?

A variety of ways. Once we complete the estimate, we send you a PDF (which can be opened either via email or text) by selecting "View Estimate" and then you can select "Approve". If you're more traditional, we also offer paper estimates that can be signed. We can also accept verbal approvals via telephone.   • What do you accept for payment and when can I pay?

We accept cash, check, money orders, or any major credit/debit cards. Payment (in full) is expected upon completion of the work. We currently do not offer payment plans or financing. For more information, contact our office at (440) 669-1047.

  • A tree fell on my home around 2am on a Sunday, can I call you?

ABSOLUTELY. Our crew is comprised of highly trained professionals, capable and ready at ANY time! We have a specific "on-call" storm team that are waiting for your call.   • Do you offer Military or Senior discounts?

We offer the best price possible for each job. Since our equipment is top-of-the-line and the most advanced in our profession, we take half the time to complete a job as our competitors.
